It’s a privilege to be part of the Canning Show as the prime cooking judge and sponsor of the young Rising Chef award for the past 10 years. Each year I see improvements in the overall standard of entries especially in the Home Cooking under 12 category. As a society we are losing the ability to make anything from scratch.
