As part of their 150th year anniversary, key partner City of Canning celebrates with a FREE premier attraction for all ages, unique to this year’s Show. Enter a fun-filled world in The Mega Maze, with tantalising twists and surprising turns curated to tell the story of the City. Take part in a treasure hunt where you will find out sensational facts and tales of the people, places and culture of Canning, all whilst having a whole lot of fun.

Witness the Mayor of City of Canning welcoming the 702 & 713 Squadron Australian Air Force Cadets in a historic Freedom Of Entry Parade. Plus, they will be hosting open days, with plenty of FREE things to see and do, including flight simulators, camouflage face painting and indoor drone flying.

Providing a creative wonderland with community heart, a centre point will be the LiveLighter Canning Show Exhibition. One of WA’s biggest, longest-running community-showcasing exhibitions allowed online entries for the first time ever this year, and we can’t wait to showcase first-time entrants and distribute over $13,000 in cash rewards plus other prizes (including exclusive invites to the Exhibition Awards on Saturday 20 November). Entries for the crafts, arts, cooking etc Sections have just closed, however those with a colourful garden should enter in the Flowers or Fruit & Vegetables Sections by Monday 1 November. Not wanting to have a go and be a part of the Show? Be sure to be inspired by the creativity of the community and visit one of the three main Exhibition venues.
