Canning Show Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions. As a proud not-for-profit organisation, our goal is to deliver a safe, affordable, and high-value community celebration for everyone.

Ticket Validity & Purchasing Policies

• Official Tickets Only: Eventbrite is the only official platform for purchasing tickets. The Canning Show is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties or resellers, and fraudulent tickets will not guarantee entry.
• Ticket Resale Prohibited: Tickets cannot be resold. Any tickets identified as being resold or scaled for profit will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
• Flexible Entry: Tickets are valid for a one-time entry on either day of the show.
• Ticket Transfers: Tickets are non-transferable between individuals.

Refund Policy

• General Policy: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled.
• Extenuating Circumstances: Refund requests for exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Applications must be submitted via email before the event gates open for the weekend. Requests will not be processed or reviewed until after the conclusion of the Canning Show.

Entry & Gate Requirements

• Verification: Please bring a printed copy or a clear digital version of your Eventbrite ticket to the gate, along with matching photo ID.
• Concession & Student Tickets: Valid proof of age, student ID, or government-issued concession cards must be presented at the gate alongside your ticket. Failure to provide valid ID will invalidate the ticket.
• Finding Lost Tickets: If you cannot locate your tickets, please log into your Eventbrite account or reference the Eventbrite Ticket Support Guide.
• Conditions of Entry: For the safety of the community, bags may be searched upon entry. The Canning Show By-Laws apply at all times.
• Supervision: Children must be adequately supervised. It is highly recommended that children aged 12 and under are accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years of age.

Venue & Event Safety

• Family-Friendly Environment: The Canning Show is a strictly alcohol-free and smoke-free event. Please respect your fellow community members. Anti-social behaviour will result in immediate removal from the grounds.

Privacy, Media & Communications

• Media Consent: By entering the showgrounds, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes by official event media, and you relinquish copyright to this material. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the photographer or videographer directly at the time.
• Subscriber Database: By purchasing a ticket, you will be added to our community database to receive updates regarding CAHRS. You can unsubscribe or opt out at any time via the link provided in any email.
