Continuing the evolution as one of Perth’s premier community events, last year’s Show broke audience records for the third year in a row, with 16,000 smiles through the gates.

Now, get excited for the triumphant return of LiveLighter Canning Show on Friday 4 & Saturday 5 November 2022 at the home of the Show, Cannington Exhibition Centre & Showgrounds.

We are constantly searching for the best offerings to enhance the LiveLighter Canning Show experience. Applications are now open for a range of people, organisations and businesses looking to take advantage of the opportunities available, or to be a part of the fun as a volunteer. We are currently looking for more:

INTERNS / WORK EXPERIENCE PLACEMENTS IN LEAD UP TO SHOW

Want a longer term placement with sustained outcomes? We’re looking for students, graduates or people with some experience in relevant areas who are looking to gain invaluable learning and CV-building experiences. Whilst working across Cannington Exhibition Centre and CAHRS’s 450+ diverse range of events, you would primarily focus on the Canning Show.

PERFORMERS / ENTERTAINERS

Most of the big ticket entertainment has already been booked, but we still have a good number of opportunities available for diverse entertainers.

We are all about showcasing local talent, so apply if you are interested in performing on the main stage, roving around the venue, a school choir or community band looking for a gig etc.

  • The Terms & Conditions may change prior to the event. All stallholders must agree to adhere to any guidelines, restrictions or requirements placed by the authorities and Canning Show including COVID-19 regulations. These will be communicated to all Stallholders as required.
  • If fees involved, refunds will be given if the Show is cancelled due to COVID-19.
