There are no gate sales tickets – you must purchase online from The Canning Show website.

Please contact the office on 9451 1820 if online purchases are not possible.

We get the confusion! Due to the way our ticketing system is set up, your ticket may display both days, but it’s for one-day entry only. You choose which day to attend. The ticket barcode will be scanned upon your arrival and will only be valid for a one-time use.

We designed our tickets this year to be flexible. Your ticket provides one-time entry to either Friday or Saturday, giving you the freedom to choose your day right up until you arrive.

No, the entry ticket does not include the rides.

The Canning Show is brought to you by the Canning Agricultural, Horticultural & Recreational Society (CAHRS) a not-for-profit organisation, our goal is to keep the event accessible to the entire community. Thanks to the support of our generous sponsors, we are able to keep the initial entry ticket cost as low as possible.

This ticket grants you access to all the fantastic FREE entertainment and activities happening throughout the show, including:

  • Spectacles & Shows: Our massive Fireworks display, Live Music, Dog Mustering, Cherry Steppers, and Roaming Characters.
  • Interactive Fun: Facepainting, a Silent Disco, Light-Up Hula Hoops, a dedicated Kids Play Area, Lasso Workshop, Cooking Demonstrations, and Interactive Workshops.

Why Rides are Separate

The exciting rides are provided by a separate, external company. The costs associated with these attractions – including transport, fuel, complex setup, and significant maintenance – are separate from our operating budget, and is covered by their ride tickets.

By keeping the ride tickets separate, we achieve two crucial things:

  1. We ensure the main entry ticket remains affordable for everyone who wants to enjoy all the free entertainment listed above.
  2. Any profit we make from the overall show goes directly back into our community mission, not toward the high operational costs of the rides.

We appreciate your understanding and support!
