Your Step-by-Step Guide
Ready to enter the Canning Show Exhibition? Here’s everything you need to know to get your entry in, on time and on point.
1. Find Your Competition
Browse through our Schedule to find where your talents fit best – from home cooking and photography, to textiles and flowers.
2. Find Your Competition
Every section has exact class numbers and specific entry requirements. Review this to ensure you meet the criteria.
3. Enter online
All entries are submitted through our secure online portal. If you’re new, creating an account takes less than two minutes. If you’ve entered before, simply log back in.
Prefer paper? You can find a paper copy of the entry form right in the middle of our physical schedule booklet, or download it below, email completed form to admin@cahrs.com.au
How to enter online:
Create an Account: Register once to easily manage, edit, or add entries anytime.
Choose Your Category: Select your area (e.g., Home Cooking) and review its specific rules.
Pick Your Class: Find your item (e.g., Plain Scones) and add it to your trolley.
Mix & Match: Add as many classes as you like across any category. Reminder: You can enter as many different classes as you like, but only one entry per class per person.
Checkout & Pay: Click “Finished Adding Classes” to pay and lock in your spot.
5. Take note of key registration deadlines
This isn’t the date your entry has to be ready by, but you must register your entry to be in the Exhibition
6. Prepare for the show
Once submitted, you’re all set. Keep working on your entry, and you’ll get notified with further details closer to the show. Drop off dates and information can be found below.
